Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Auto Assessments Pty Ltd website and any enquiry, order, or request you submit for our AI-assisted products and services, including pre-validation reports and student grading reports.
Effective date: 3 September 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Auto Assessments Pty Ltd. Where this page refers to "we", "us" or "our", it means Auto Assessments Pty Ltd (ABN 51 697 192 591).
Website use
You may use this website to learn about our products, request information, and engage with us about services for Australian RTOs, consultants, and related education or training operations. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content without permission, or use the website in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes another person's rights.
Orders, pricing and availability
Where a product or price is displayed on this website, it applies to the relevant service as described at the time of the order or enquiry and is GST exclusive unless we expressly state otherwise. Pricing, scope, turnaround estimates, inclusions, and delivery arrangements may change from time to time. A service agreement begins only when we confirm the requested scope and accept the order in writing. Any stated turnaround time, including a one-hour turnaround, is an estimate and not a guarantee. It depends on factors such as file quality, completeness of materials, and whether we have enough information to begin the work.
Registrations of interest: We are currently collecting registrations of interest for the Pre-Validation Report. Submitting a registration or enquiry does not constitute placing an order. The advertised price of $149 (GST exclusive) and the expected approximate one-hour turnaround apply when we confirm the service is available and accept an order in writing; actual turnaround will depend on scope and the completeness of materials provided.
AI-assisted services and report limitations
Our products use software, automation, and AI-assisted processes to help produce outputs such as pre-validation reports, student grading reports, and related assessment support materials. These outputs are designed to support internal review and decision-making. They are not a substitute for assessor judgement, moderation, validation, legal advice, or regulatory compliance advice, and they do not represent approval, endorsement, or certification by ASQA or any other regulator.
Customer materials and authority
You are responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and quality of any documents, student submissions, assessment tools, evidence, instructions, or other materials you provide to us. You must only provide materials that you are authorised to share and process. If your materials contain personal information or confidential information about third parties, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right notices, consents, permissions, or other lawful basis required to submit that material to us.
Confidentiality and intellectual property
As between you and us, you retain ownership of the materials you provide. We retain ownership of our website, software, methods, prompts, report templates, branding, and other intellectual property used to deliver the service. Unless otherwise agreed, we use your submitted materials only to provide the requested service, operate the website, maintain records, improve our systems, and meet legal obligations. We do not use customer or student materials to train AI models. We may use de-identified or aggregated service data for quality improvement, analytics, and product development.
Cancellations and refunds
If you order a paid service, cancellation and refund requests will be assessed against the work already completed, the nature of the service, and any specific terms agreed during the ordering process. If work has already started, a full refund may not be available. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Third-party services
We may use third-party providers to host the website, analyse performance, embed media, process communications, and deliver our services. Those providers may include cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, video, and other technology vendors. Your use of third-party content or links may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
Liability and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, and our liability for claims arising from this website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or, where appropriate, the resupply of that service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing the updated version on this website. The updated terms take effect from the effective date shown on this page. By continuing to use the website or request services after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
