Malek Ebrahimi

Malek is a focused and visionary executive who champions the belief that Australian RTOs deserve better - better service delivery, stronger efficiency, higher quality, and the profitability that comes from modern, technology enabled automated RTO operations. With more than 20 years of experience across the vocational education and training (VET) sector, from start-up through scale-up.

A recognised pioneer in vocational education and training, Malek previously served as CEO of a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with over 35 staff and annual revenue above $3 million. In this role, he led compliance, sales, marketing, and operations, delivering accredited training services to more than 650 learners while ensuring alignment with ASQA requirements and national industry standards.

His leadership is defined by excellence, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with educators, industry partners, and government stakeholders. Malek is committed to transforming RTO performance through technology empowered by AI - integrating advanced automation and agentic AI capabilities with a high-performing team of technologists. This approach enables RTOs to operate with greater consistency, efficiency, compliance confidence, and commercial strength.
